Bright Coloured Pride

Limited Spaces for the Official After Party

Organising Great Yarmouth & Waveney Pride has been a challenge this year but as we near the event we are excited that our little coastal town will become a rainbow.

No one is perfect and we don’t always get it right. However, we are a listening committee. We also realise that we will never please everyone.

Having discussed with Quay Pride regarding the capacity we will not be operating a ticket system as this will create dual routes into the venue and is too difficult to manage. Quay Pride will be putting a queuing mechanism in place outside the venue. If the venue is at capacity, then we will be operating on a one in one out basis.

Quay Pride have also asked anyone requiring accessible assistance to enter the venue to contact them in advance so provision can be made.

We are also excited to reveal the ‘Great Yarmouth & Waveney Pride Lager’ which will be on sale at the after party. Quay Pride have brokered some fantastic deals which means sales can be ploughed back into pride funds giving us a head start on fundraising for next year.

We would ask people to be understanding on the day as we try to make Pride a safe experience for all involved, to cooperate with the marshalls, SIA and venue staff, and most importantly enjoy themselves at our first ever Pride event.

A ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ will be coming soon as will the pride guide!
